I am very happy with this product. It came right away with my amazon prime. It's very cute and it works very well. At first I was skeptical that it would be one of those "amazing" products that didn't work well with my black hair. (Like the InStyler...) But it's fantastic. I used to always borrow my mom's hair straightener, but now she is always coming in my room for mine! One thing you have to be careful of though is that you don't have the heat all of the way up.

not one to complain, but this straightener pulls ur hair out,gets caught in the top of the plate. may be good for those who dont have long hair. really does not get hot enough. but will keep it for a spare...to much trouble to return..sorry for the bad review..
